Final meeting of the project Steering Committee. 20th July 2023, Brno, Czech Republic.
The project Steering Committee met for the final time on the 20th July 2023 in Brno, Czech Republic. Project partners summarised the project implementation and the direct results of the project. The original scope of the project aimed at 100 trained expert in the scope of 5 sessions. The actual result is 111 trained professionals from 11 countries during 6 sessions. Apart from the increased number of sessions and trained experts the scope of the project has been extended by support of experts’ mission deployment and a final conference. Project Content Assistant presented also a detailed information on deployment of experts trained under the project, on challenges related to delegating staff by Polish regional authorities as well as planned missions. The meeting of the Steering Committee was an opportunity to discuss specific aims and an agenda of the final conference.
In the second part of the meeting the participants visited Zastávka Reception Centre near Brno. During the visit the representatives of the Refugee Facilities Administration of the Ministry of the Interior introduced their work and presented asylum, reception and residence procedures.
