Second meeting of the Steering Committee. Prague, 9th March 2022.

Initially the meeting was planned for January 2022, but COVID-19 wave caused by omicron variant resulted in postponing of the meeting. The delayed meeting was then combined with preparations for the end of March face-to-face session to be held in Prague. The meeting was planned as an opportunity to discuss the preparations, share know-how and check if all the details have been taken care for. Unfortunately due to the refugee crisis triggered by the Russian invasion of Ukraine the face-to-face session had to be delayed and moved from Prague to Warsaw.

The participants discussed the possible adjustment to the new situation created by the Russian aggression against Ukraine. In cooperation with EUAA the decisions related to sessions 3 and 4 have been put on hold, with several options being considered. It was agreed that project partners will take the decision in a few week time, when more information is available.
